FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I book?
You can book through our website. Hover your cursor to the Booking button and click the “Credit Card” for credit card payment. Only 5% will be charge as your deposit. The remaining balance will be paid in full upon arrival. The 5% deposit is non- refundable.

2. What are your payment methods?
You can use any major credit card, paypal, Money transfer, or bank to bank payment. For bank to bank payment, please email us for request at info@cebuguesthouse.com of our bank informations.

3. When is your check in and check out time?
Our check in and check out time is 12 noon.

4.What is your cancellation policy?
No charge if cancelled 2 days before the date of the arrival. If cancelled a day or during the arrival only 1 day not use will be charged and the rest of the day will be refunded. In case of no-show, full reservation will be charged.

5. My reservation is already prepaid can i ask for refund?
No! All prepaid reservation cannot be refunded. Refer to the cancellation policy from our affiliate where you booked.

6. I will stay for a week/month, can i get a discount?
Yes! Email us for the weekly and monthly rate.
